EXHIBITOR CATERED DINNER: followed by Equestrian Entertainment Saturday starting at 5:00 pm $25 per
Ticket. Located in Club Room - top level of arena. Dinner is Open to Exhibitors, their Friends, Family, and
Local Guests. Purchase Tickets by April 5th 2010. Late Ticket purchase will be $35

PURPLE RIBBON CLASSES: The Entry Fees for all Purple Ribbon Classes will be donated to the Shows
Charity which is, Special Kids - TN – Hoofbeats, Therapeutic Riding Group. Rider is given a Purple Ribbon
w/clip to put in the Horses Tail during the Class.

To keep the show organized and running smoothly please adhere to deadlines & guidelines


1. WARNING: Under Tennessee Law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a
participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to Tennessee
Code Annotated, title 44, Chapter 20.
2. RV. HOOK UPS: Must be arranged with and fees paid directly to the www.CalsonicArena.com, and can be

4. Show management reserved the Right to Cancel Combine any Classes as deemed Necessary.
6. Decision of the Judge is Final.
 Respect to all Show Officials, Management and Volunteers is expected.
7. Proper Show Ring Attire is to be worn.
8. Gypsy & Friesian Horses must be registered in a Registry of the owner’s choice, prior to the show.
9. Stall & Class Fees Must be Paid by April 5th 2010 Deadline – Open checks accepted. You can add
classes day of show.
10. No Refunds for Stalls, Classes, Office Fee, Vendor Space, Advertising, VIP Passes or Dinner Tickets.

13. Final Ride Times for Dressage will be Posted at 5 PM Saturday - To eliminate any conflict for Halter
Championships. Main Ring will Hold after Championship Halter Awards for All Dressage Tests, if there is a
conflict. This will keep the time schedule in place.
