    To keep the show organized and running smoothly please adhere to deadlines & guidelines
    1.  Hotel & Directions: at "TN DETAILS" Tab
    2.  Show management reserves the Right to Cancel Combine any Classes as deemed Necessary.
    3.  Decision of the Judge is Final.  Respect to all Show Officials, Management and Volunteers is expected.
    4.  Proper Show Ring Attire is to be worn.
    5.  Gypsy & Friesian Horses must be registered in a Registry of the owner’s choice, prior to the show.
    6.  Stall & Class Fees Must be Paid by March 31st 2011 Deadline – Open checks accepted. You can add classes day of show.
    7.  No Refunds for Stalls, Classes, Office Fee, Vendor Space, Sponsorships, Advertising . etc..
    8.  Mail Entry Forms ~ Check payable to GAIL SHRINE ( do not ADD any other words to Pay to Order of -  per Bank,  just GAIL SHRINE)

    9.  Final Dressage Ride Times will be posted 5PM Saturday April 9th
    10. Gypsy Horses will Follow the  GSHA Rules located  at  www.GypsyShowHorse.com  You do Not need to be a member and you do not
    have to pay a non-member fee to come to this show.  If you are a GSHA Member we will Submit your points.    
    11.  Friesian Horses will follow the USEF  IFSHA Rules located at  www.USEF.org  Section FR  - you do not need to be a USEF-IFHSA Member
    to Show.  
    12.  Dressage will Follow  USDF Rules.  You do not need to be a USDF member to show.
